The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and customer service, and will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front of house.
This includes supervising staff, managing customer relations, resolving customer complaints, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed, and ensuring that all guests receive a positive experience.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for scheduling staff and managing inventory.
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the front of house staff.
Provide guidance and support to the front of house staff.
Ensure that customer service standards are met.
Ensure that the restaurant is kept clean and organized.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Schedule and coordinate staff shifts.
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
