The ideal candidate will coordinate services on our client's vehicles and is strongly committed to delivering the highest quality service with the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Candidates must have previous experience as a Service Writer, have a valid motorcycle endorsement, and be familiar with a variety of domestic and foreign makes and models.
Responsibilities:
Take customer service calls.
Discuss vehicle problems with customers.
Write work orders to complete repairs.
Diagnose and fix problems with vehicles and vehicle systems.
Be able to communicate with customers in person or via electronic transmission.
Have a working knowledge of vehicle systems.
Talk and listen to customers.
