As member of our Talent Acquisition team at the home office, you will be an integral part of the team that helps our hospitals hire the best talent to provide patient care.
Position PurposeAs a Project Manager in recruitment marketing, you will serve as a key member of the recruitment marketing team to ensure projects timelines and tasks are completed in a timely manner.
The project manager will work with the Director of the team to manage and organize projects and tasks for the team.
This position must be detailed oriented and able to monitor and manage multiple projects in respect to content, budget and timelines.
The project manager will also help to support the TA department with needs that include new hospitals, careers site, trade shows, media performance and data analysis as needed.
Responsibilities and Tasks Participates in meetings to ensure Recruitment Marketing projects are on schedule.
Partners with Director of Talent Marketing and Marketing Consultants to ensure everyone assigned knows the specific goals and strategies for the given project.
Coordinates and communicates with marketing services to ensure attendance at appropriate recruitment trade shows.
Also manages booth shipments and booth properties.
Supports events for our new hospitals.
Manages programmatic job board advertising/App Feeder to ensure appropriate jobs are sponsored across our job boards.
Manages team process and procedures to ensure proper documentation.
Manages projects related to career site updates/management, creative catalogue and management, job posting language.
Helps to report on data and results for Recruitment Marketing and manages projects related to data gathering.
Monitors and manages assigned projects in respect to content, budget and timelines.
Keeps an open line of communication with team and leadership to account for timeline/project changes.
Organizes, plan and managed time effectively to complete assignments.
Collaborates with project management, marketing consultants and talent acquisitions teams to plan and coordinate a variety of events and projects.
Understands and utilizes company resources where appropriate.
Networks with co-workers to share best practices.
Develops strategies and aligns work to achieve goals.
Organizes, plans, and manages time effectively to complete assignments.
Meets position requirements and performs essential functions.
Completes mandatory training and courses required by completion date.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree required or equivalent job-related experience.

Working towards a project manager certification within the next 3 years.
