Registered Nurse - Clinic
Position will work out of Trussville, Gardendale and Oneonta
Job Description:
Plan, implement, and coordinate patients plan of care.
Make sure clinic notes are prepped properly by MA prior to clinic Convey patient problems; abnormal results to MD Relay test results and MD treatment plan to the patient Document in EMR all required information for each visit to patient Obtain pre-authorizations for medication, diagnostic testing, and hospital procedures.
Other:
Performs all other related duties as assigned and serves in whatever other capacity deemed necessary for successful completion of the mission and goals of Birmingham Heart Clinic.
